The conservation and improvement of our surroundings, is a philosophy deeply rooted in Hurtado.
The forests are the origin of our furniture, but as well, they are the Earth’s lungs; it is for that reasons, our commitment for its conservation is absolute. All of the wood products used in our manufacturing process come from controlled cuttings, as part of this process our suppliers replant trees for each tree harvest.
From the beginning of the process, to its conclusion, Hurtado protects the environment, from the design of the furniture, to its packing. We purified all waters used on the production process in such a way that they do not contaminate our rivers or seas. |

We recycle all remaining production materials generated in the productive process, with which we thereby avoiding any ground or atmospheric contamination.
We use recycled paper and cardboard for our packing, also promoting its recovery, recycling and further reuse. |
